Welcome to the Nancy Spielman Gallery

Taking a routine or mundane moment to a powerful image that radiates pleasure, contentment and warmth is what inspires this body of work. It is in everyday scenes and everyday things that I find my favorite images. Dogs hanging out of car windows, a blue crab stoned faced just resting in my driveway, or the city pipe sculpture that I pass everyday are examples of subjects that interest me.
