Victim Number One January 7th, 2012

When I sit down to paint, I usually don’t have a specific subject in mind. I look through all my photos and whatever interests me that day…thats it! Being that a new semesters starting Monday and I’m teaching two figure drawing classes, I felt I needed to paint a portrait. My goal was to spend one hour and not overwork the painting. When the timer went off, I needed a little bit more time…maybe tomorrow it will be under an hour!
